The mid 1980's were a period of great change in the armies of East and West,
The next generation of weapons, equipment and vehicles were just starting to be issued or roll of the design boards.
This makes the mid 80's an excellent period for airsoft, with so many kits and weapon options available for the late Cold War asthenic. With this being our first late Cold War event, we have made our kit allowances very open to make it as easy as possible to make a kit for "86" and as budget-friendly or practical for airsoft.
